T4 Everywhere Internal Alerts — SMS Privacy Policy
This policy explains how T4 Everywhere handles information for its internal SMS alert program. It applies specifically to these alerts.
Information we collect
We collect participating administrators’ names, mobile phone numbers, consent records, messaging preferences, and message delivery and response information.
How we use information
We use this information to send operational alerts about the T4 Content Brain system, manage enrollment, honor unsubscribe requests, troubleshoot delivery, and provide support. Alerts may concern workflow failures, publishing errors, connection problems, and issues requiring administrator attention.
Information sharing
We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide information to service providers, including Twilio and telecommunications carriers, only as needed to operate and deliver the messaging service. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared for those providers’ own marketing purposes.
Retention and protection
We retain information only as needed to operate the program, document consent, honor opt-out requests, and meet applicable obligations. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate the program. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices
Participation is voluntary. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. We may retain a record of your opt-out to prevent further alerts. Reply HELP for assistance, or email t4holdingsoffice@gmail.com.
